1. Returns

We offer returns on most items purchased directly from our website, www.inglockswetrust.com, within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your proof of purchase. Be sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item Back: Send the package back to us at the following address:

    Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • If the return meets all requirements, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. Follow the steps outlined in the Returns section above.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label for the return shipping cost.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Custom items (items that have been personalized or customized).

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and keeping a copy of your shipping receipt.
